Precise Moving Company LLC

Paid for 2 movers from Precise Moving for 4 hours to load the 26 foot truck. The first employee showed up 20 minutes late and the second didn't show up until 20 minutes after that! They came unprepared; used our dollies, loading straps, and we had to help with heavy items. Several of our furniture pieces were damaged, a leg on our hand-made dresser was damaged, the top of the matching (hand-made) nightstand was damaged, the washing machine window - very scratched, refrigerator - a giant dent on one side and door is scratched, they used an article of clothing to dust off a piece of furniture, to name a few issues. They seemed to have very little regard for our property and tried to get out of moving a heavy object that I showed them when they arrived. They also took lunch breaks mid-shift, with one disappearing for at least 30 minutes. After all that, they left early and then had the audacity to imply that a $300 tip was needed for moving one of the heavy objects! Very poor service.

Brian and Joe are AWSOME !! This was an unusual move. They unloaded a 10x10 storage unit that was completely packed and organized. Each item had to be packed into my sister's pickup or it had to be put in the front of the U-Haul cuz it was going with me or had to be the last to be put in the U-Haul because it was going to another storage unit. These two were being told pick up with me storage unit and they never complained they got everything in my sister's pickup that you would not believe was an entire shop they tied it in for her they got my stuff in my U-Haul in the correct order and they did all this in less than 2 hours. I was truly surprised at how well this went how smooth it went no hiccups no confusion everybody did their part got it done and I could not ask for any better results!

Best movers I have ever had, they were fast and efficient, careful with furniture, clearly planned their work to make sure nothing got damaged. Also, they were so kind & friendly, which made the moving experience very positive and enjoyable. I’ve moved a lot in my life and haven’t been as happy as I have with these guys.

Brian and Juan were amazing! Needed to help my mother in law move into a new apartment and they were incredibly helpful.
