Great service! Movers kept us on loop on their arrival time as there was small delay from previous job. Upon arrival, they mved heavy boxes from 2nd floor to containers by hard, rarely used the trolley I got! They were quick and efficient. Understood english and very friendly. No issues, amazing experience!

The movers either underestimated or did not know how long it would take to get to my location. As a result, they arrived 2 hours late. I was moving out of a 900 sq ft office space. Everything was packed and ready to go. They had to load items on a dolly, take it down an elevator, and load the truck. It took them 4 hours. 2 hours over what I reserved. The items were poorly packed in the truck resulting in scratches on the furniture. In addition, I rented a truck size that would allow me to not only load my office furniture but also boxes I had at a separate location. I was unable to pick up my additional boxes because there was no room left in the truck due to poor packing. It was clear to me that the movers had little to no experience, no knowledge or experience in packing a truck ... both movers were nice and polite young gentlemen but someone needs to teach them how to load a truck! The unloaders on the other side (who were very experienced) recognized the poor job done loading.
