Cross and Cam provided exceptional moving service today! Not only were they extremely flexible with scheduling, patient, and reliable, as they arrived promptly at 10am, but they moved all items responsibly and safely, without damage, and without any complaints. They were originally booked for 2 hours, but were willing to stay for an additional 4 to help with unloading up to a second floor building. Initially, I thought I might need them to extend into the next day, as they were potentially willing, but they were also able to adjust when my Friday opened up completely for the move. We started at a storage facility. They spent at least a half hour of the move waiting for me to accomplish some other errands in between the load and unload. They drove from Riverside, and performed the unloading in the intense afternoon heat. I am extremely grateful to them, as I could not have done it without the help. They had great demeanors and were easy to work with. Thank you.

The way the guys packed my truck everything is damaged including the very expensive TV. The guys that showed up were off on the day that they showed up so we’re likely pissed off that they had to work. They seem professional enough but caused a lot of damage to my walls and packed the truck unprofessionally towards the end where there was a lot of room so during the drive to my new house, things shifted. They also packed it in a way that I had to leave behind a major appliance that could have fit had they packed it properly.
