The helper lied the whole day about the time and for the helper he found in last minute. He schedule with me for 11am to 2pm. After lying every hour about the arrive time, he arrived at 6pm and alone with only one box. He called a company that collects metal telling them there was metal to collect so they would come and then he told them it was help for moving. To do the service, the new person asked a Zelle transfer and he tried to cheat asking for a request instead of payment. He was able to finish the job but left my boxes after hours at U-haul. So I could not get a confirmation until next morning. Because of the delay, I could not take the road and needed a hotel to stay nearby. It was around 8 pm when he finished. He does not take it serious. If you need your box to be loaded on time, does not hire this company, they will do it later at night.
