Scam Alert! After arriving over 2 hours late & not answering calls, they said they had been in a car accident on the freeway. We had already loaded our own truck at that point, but they did unload it successfully. However, they said I needed to pay them directly, which I did. When I found out they had already been paid by UHAUL (my credit card), I asked for them to make it right and pay me back what they overcharged me. They refused. Moving is stressful and expensive as it is. Please, spare yourselves.

Not sure why they accept jobs in Santa Rosa when based in Fremont. More than 2 and one half hours late. Flat tire not their fault but they never intended to make 9.30 call time. Wanted to increase agreed rate due to distance. Did offer full refund but with less than 24 hours until the move. Friendly, if inexperienced at packing.
