Every time I saw one of the movers (not Cesar) he was on his phone. He would bring one or two things out at a time, making double the work - and time. We had to leave some things behind as well, because they wouldn't fit, and now we have no way to get them. I asked them to load those first but they loaded all the totes first instead (which we could've moved). Cesar was nice but if they had listened, we wouldn't have had to leave behind a smoker, couch, and a few other things. They also left the door wide open for 10+ minutes at a time multiple times instead of simply pulling it behind them - not needing to close it but not wide open. Overall not super disappointed but not super happy either. The rating system says 3 stars is good so that's what I chose. They didn't break anything at least... Not that I know of (haven't unloaded yet)

César was just awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would. Coordinating getting the U-boxes was an absolute nightmare with U-Haul and Cesar got on calls prior to the date of the move and helped me navigate everything. On moving day, he let me know when he was on his way. He and the young man with him disassembled and assembled beds, rearranged furniture for me more than once, got everything where I asked for it to go, and were kind and really lovely. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Great communication and hard workers. U-Haul even messed up and had my boxes at a different location than we were told and the movers took it in stride and kept a good attitude. They were a pleasure to work with, highly recommended.
