The company had poor communication. I basically had to harass them to get answers regarding confirming they were coming and the time they would be there. They were an hour later than what I was told and only sent 1 of the movers when it says they will send two. Luckily the mover they sent was fantastic, otherwise it would honestly be zero stars. I had to help the loading of the truck myself which is what I was trying to avoid. Furthermore, I initiated a concern through the moving help website on April 17th and I have still not been contacted to address my concerns. needless to say I'm not happy with this (both the mover themselves and movinghelp through uhaul) service and will NOT be using it again

Daniel (the owner) responded quickly at 8 pm to my text message scheduling a time for my next morning move. The guys got straight to work upon arrival and unloaded my belongings (mostly furniture) in an hour a half. They were attentive to the placement of my items in the house. Thanks Daniel for a great crew!

Booked this company Saturday afternoon for a Sunday morning move after another company I reserved was non-responsive. Thankfully they were able to help. One guy came about 15 min before the agreed start & the other arrived about 15 minutes late. Neither was in a uniform or had moving tools like a dolly but they did a great job loading 3 U-Boxes with boxes and furniture. They did it all in less than the 2 hours I booked. Polite & pleasant. I appreciated the help and that they took the job short notice. Would use them again!
