Please don’t use these people as movers. They are the worst. Several items were damaged and no apology offered. Just a shrug of the shoulders. The U-Haul safe move insurance will not even cover you. The items are irreversibly damaged and will have to be replaced by me. The whole situation is just disgusting. They know that you have no recourse. They do even have the correct equipment, because this would affect their bottom line. Shameful and disgusting behavior served with a side of blessings! WTF?!
