I had scheduled the packing service for 9 am and they showed up 3.5 hours late. The two staff were slow and didn’t finish the job in the scheduled time of 3 hours. We scheduled time for them to come back the next day to finish the packing help but they didn’t show up the next day and didn’t answer any of my calls or texts. Terrible service, terrible communication. Don’t suggest booking with them if you want reliability and efficiency

I would book with Superior Moving again. They provided good communication. They were flexible with changing the date of unloading. We had about a studio apartment worth of stuff to unload from a U-box. The job was done quickly within 1.5 hours.
