I confirmed appointment and start time ahead on move day. On the morning of move 45 min prior to expected start I get a text that a replacement was needed as one of the guys cancelled. I had to call 30 min later for an up date. Finally was advised he had another guy but would be another 30 to 45 min, asked if that was ok, I had no other option so said yes but please hurry and I needed to be on the road by a certain time. The guys were still late and we had already had to start packing the truck. Sasha was apologetic but complained that he prefers to pack it his way. Explained I really had no choice since they were late and I was worried I would not have help and tried to get all I could in. They got to work, mostly furniture,3 they were done and the load was packed quickly. Sasha was nice, but was a bit impatient as I was getting pay code. The job was done well, packed well and Derek was pleasant and friendly. I appreciated they showed up although it put us behind schedule.

1st time I’m satisfied with a moving company. They had one little setback with arrival time, a guy called in sick but he was on top of it. Communicating status of arrival and the rest of the day was smooth! Great job guys!
