Movers did not well explain plan on how they wanted to load the truck and were rude when we expressed concerns that their way sounded like it violated uhaul's rule to put the bulk of the weight forward of the tires. When I said I wanted the heavier items towards the front and pointed out which items were heaviest, they proceeded to require me to tell them where each individual item was going to go and constantly remind me that if I had just done it their way, it would be so much better. There was definitely some miscommunication on both sides, but I believe that part of being a professional is being able to explain and discuss the plan so that the customer ends up happy, instead of just falling back on 'well the customer is always right' when said customer pushes back and wants to understand the plan. Overall not a good experience.
