2 movers showed up 20mins and 1h20mins late (made it up afterwards). Broke one feet furniture. Forgot the dolly and toolbox at old place (twice). Forgot to fill up truck space (we ended up going in and rearranging). Movers were kind and friendly but had never moved stacked washer-dryer before and werent sure about it but company blames it on customer for not disassembling ahead of time (same for beds). Movers also explained from the start and many many times how they wont have the time to reassemble the furniture at delivery point and how easy it is to add hours. Can we at least try to meet the objectives before asking to add hours? They ended up building back most of it. I think this company would be amazing for moving boxes, not furnitures and appliances. Ended up having to pay other movers in addition + have several people help during moving day - not worth it IMO. Positive point- Company texted and called on saturday to try and help. Made themselves available.

We reserved two people for three hours to help move my mother's studio. One person had an emergency and couldn't make it. We were worried we wouldn't get the job done but the person that showed up was fantastic. Harvey was on time, worked hard, had a great attitude. He did the work of two people. Thank you Harvey!

It could have been a smooth transition if the movers move than talk about how to move and took them long moments to start to move! I tried to contain it but I just wanted the two hours to be done as I might may say something rude to them. Hope the movers move rather than show how tired and hot the weather was... because they're supposed to move things than rearrange them with no progress . . .
