Move It Or Lose It Moving Co

Legitimately the worst move I’ve ever experienced. Shattered my lamp, scratched my furniture, destroyed model cars, rolled over collectibles, overloaded boxes on Dollie’s that tipped over and crashed on ground before getting to elevator, left expensive paintings unattended near elevators, didn’t communicate with me on item placement, threw mattress in zone not designated for waste, yelled at random lady to move her car, both were on phone constantly, and one was trying to move my stuff with cigarette under finger on the box. I am still totaling the damage. Also rounded up to 3 hours of service when only performing 2.5 and constantly blamed other movers when committing loading errors.

This was genuinely the most appalling moving experience I’ve ever had. We had the movers move our stuff between two units in the same apartment complex. Rented a truck to make it easier for them but they didn’t wanna use it, okay no biggie deal. However, our table is completely chipped, glasses shattered, walls in our new apartment scuffed up. They didn’t say anything or apologize. We witnessed one of the movers PEEING in the middle of the apartment courtyard. Bro could’ve literally asked to use the bathroom. I’ve never seen anything like this before. The main reason we hired them was to help move our couch, though it couldn’t fit in the door. No biggie, I can’t fault them for that. But then one of the movers has the audacity to say, do you really want this couch? Obviously we do. Then offered to move it for us off the books. Then one of the guys tells us he could’ve fit it if the customers weren’t present, which tells me he’s fine with destroying peoples belongings. Zero stars.

They were FAST & AWESOME!!! Did the. Job in an hour an hour and fifteen AND THAT WAS WITH STEEP STAIRS. They didn't even use a hand truck! AND they accidentally brought back up 1 box I asked them to leave down.HE IS COMING BACK TO TAKE IT DOWN!! PLUS HE ALSO FLIPPED MY ADJUSTABLE BED & PUT FELT ON FEET SINCE IM DISABLED Will not only USE AGAIN, WILL REFER. EVERYONE! .

Brandon and Joe were incredible, they hopped right in as soon as they got there and made use of the space very efficiently. They also provided extremely knowledgable feedback on where certain items such as tvs should be placed to avoid damage on the trip. Awesome guys, hard workers, friendly and communicative. Best movers I’ve had!
