I highly recommend jaguar moving company! They were communicative before my move, and made sure to coordinate the best time to show up. I had read really positive reviews about them before booking, and I can say that they were all accurate! The two guys that helped me were so nice and careful with my belongings. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

I used Jaguar Moving to assist with loading. They managed to arrive punctually and finish within the timeframe, but overall experience fell short of expectations. The professionalism of the crew was poor. Unlike the team who assisted with unloading at the destination, the individuals handling the loading process seemed inattentive. Witnessing one of the workers consuming alcohol prior to commencing work was concerning and reflected poorly on the company's standards. The team appeared rushed and ill-prepared, failing to utilize equipment that could have facilitated a smoother and safer loading process. Many of the boxes shifted and fell during transit. Scheduling required multiple phone calls. In sharing this feedback, I aim to provide constructive criticism rather than disparage the efforts of the individuals. Moving is undoubtedly a demanding job. Overall, they met some expectations such as punctuality and completion within the agreed timeframe, the overall experience was bad.
