Refrigerator was disassembled and not put back together on the truck. Which resulted in a missing part that will cost me $30 for a $5 part due to shipping. Numerous furniture items marked, high pressure impressions, and one piece a complete loss. Zach was doing everything he could, his helper was doing no favors for him on this day. Several boxes that were really heavy on larger lighter boxes. Of course the lighter box is now crushed and I don't want to know what the rattling glass is inside it.
