Jonathan was the point of contact. He and Jeremy communicated effectively, arrived promptly, and were extremely professional. They were both kind, respectful, and went above and beyond expectations. We were running a bit behind and they were kind enough to wait for our 20 minute delay. They packaged our belongings in the U-Haul so that our possessions would not be compromised nor destroyed. We had originally agreed to 2 hours but fair warning for anybody moving, YOU NEED AT LEAST 3 HOURS, Especially if there’s stairs involved. But, they stayed the additional hour and helped make sure we were good to go. I definitely recommend these two young men.
