U-Haul messed up the pick up location for my U-Box and the movers needed to retrive it from a differnt location. The U-Haul office in Cathedral City was not veryhelpful. However, after some time theb movers were able to get the location of my Box and were able to go and retrive it . Very frustrayed with U-Haul, but the MOVERS WERE THE BEST AT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM.. Great JOB
