Movers did not bring their own tools to disassemble our bed. I had to provide those to them. Wish they had been prepared. They didn't seem to know how to disassemble our IKEA bedframe.

I received the call from a mover on the move-in day saying that his colleague had to quarantine so only he will be available today to move for me. It’s like a 1 hour notice in advance. Though the worker is very friendly and helpful, I was paying full to receive half service and did not feel treated
