We had an excellent experience with this company. We needed help at the last minute, and luckily they were available same day. Communication was smooth, and they arrived when they promised to arrive. They were efficient, friendly, and respectful of our delicate items. Overall a really great experience, more than fair price, and job well done!

People who showed up were not local (Tucson)they came from Tempe it took them over 2 hours to get here by the time they arrived my son and husband had the heavy stuff already uploaded, they sent 3 girls not capable to carry or lifted heavy stuff as we needed, they helped to carry the loose stuff and some boxes and downloaded what they could. Very disappointed I paid a total of 5 hrs when in reality they only worked two the rest was traveling time. The last hour was an additional and for some reason the first request of payment didn’t go through according to several texts received after hours (midnight) from one of the helpers expressing that I didn’t pay for the extra hour and I made them work. I suggested to request it again, since it was to late I got an error message. The lady was demanding the payment in other payment method for what I sent the money for the extra hour by Zelle. Next day when I reviewed the charges on my card the auto payment was charged,. What a nightmare !
