They were on time and professional, but they didn’t finish the job. I texted them the evening before thinking the job may go over the time I allotted and they responded saying there was no problem and they would stay until the job was done. Then on the day of work without any further communication when we were about halfway done, they told me We’re wrapping up because we have to leave in 10 minutes for another job. They had apparently schedule another job after their reassurance to me and did not let me know that they would not be able to finish the job until they left. I was stunned with half of the move left and then just taking off.
