This was the third time I used Always Awesome Movers, and I can't say the third time was a charm. I had requested help beginning at 900 am, which I believe to be a reasonable time for anyone to be at a job site and ready to go. Unfortunately the two helpers sent to help me were nearly 30 minutes late, and I had already started the moving process myself. One of the guys wasn't up to the job, he wasn't willing to go above and beyond. Also, they didn't load the truck in a organized manner which made what I planned to be 1 trip with a side stop to a donation center, 3 trips with a side stop to a donation center. Once the truck was loaded and on our way for the first trip, the one helper disappeared. I was told he had to use a restroom, but where I had no idea. Basically, I did everything myself the last hour of the job, but I was charged for 2 helpers at 3 hours work. At most they made themselves available for 2 hours and that is a stretch.
