I hired Square One Moving to unload my two uboxes. There was a delay at U-Haul’s facility since they did not have a double tow, but the two employees at Square One were able to move things around to still deliver my u-box and unload everything in a little over an hour. Clear communication with phone calls is always appreciated.

The guys that came to load for me did a great job. They were very efficient and got way more into the container than we would’ve been able to do. I was very impressed. They were friendly, professional, careful, and quick. The only complaint I had was it would’ve been good to have a call the day before letting me know an approximate time of arrival. I wasn’t quite sure anyone was going to show up until about an hour before they came. That part was a little stressful.

Totally amateurish and unprofessional. We paid for two hours of packing and two hours of loading with two workers. One worker sat (yes, sat) in our very small kitchen for three hours slowly and inefficiently putting items into boxes. They did not work together well at all, they took no initiative, I think if we had not intervened they would have sat in our kitchen for four hours and left without loading anything.
