DO NOT HIRE! They told me the day before they were scheduled to load our truck that they would be there ‘after 3’ but refused to give an exact time. I texted them at 330 day-of, because I had not heard from them. At 350 I texted again because there was no response. Then they said they had one more to finish then they would come over. I asked how long that would be, they said ‘not long should be fast.’ At 5 pm I had not heard from or seen them so I requested an eta again. They said ‘almost done.’ I asked for an exact eta since that is basically what they said over an hour ago. They said 25 minutes at 510pm. At 558 I had not seen or heard from them and they were ignoring my texts for updates, so I called. They answered and said they would be there in 6 minutes. They got there in 15 mins, around 615. Then when they finally started working, they were SUPER slow, slower than my wife. They also spent time unnecessarily reorganizing the truck, poorly. Throwing our belongings around.
