The movers were terrible. They didn’t know what they were doing. My dad yelled at them because they were throwing our stuff. They had no communication together they put a hole in our wall. No one called to tell me that they were taking care of it. I had to call the lady I spoke with, was very rude to me and I And to top it off, the guys asked for a tip would use them or trust them ever again

Marla came with her elderly Mama. They couldn't lift sleeper sofa and dragged it across floor. Scrapped floors, walls, door and sofa at load and unload locations. Spoke with Mgr Bridget and sent pictures of damages. Still waiting for a response.

Shark Box movers kept us updated through each phase of the process which we found very reassuring. The two men they sent were extremely helpful. We couldn’t have done it without them. They were punctual, helpful, thoughtful and extremely courteous and respective. They knew what they were doing and how to do it. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises! A JOB WELL DONE!
