We unfortunately hired this company as an add on to our U-haul purchase for help loading the truck. Their rating on the site was 5 stars, however I failed to notice there weren't many reviews. During the loading they frequently dropped items with complete indifference. When I arrived at my destination I discovered that they loaded the truck in a haphazard way damaging or outright ruining most of our furniture. I reached out by email and was asked to send pictures of the damage which I immediately did. I was asked to follow up with a text as they had trouble using google drive and I sent the pictures and confirmed they received them. They've ignored me since.

Longs Cleaning and Organizing was seamless in performance. I spoke with their representative very last minute, and she was able to fit our needs in the daily schedule without question. Our helpers showed up on time, focused and ready to work. The father and son were very friendly and respectful. I know they had to fit us in because of my late call, but they made us feel like we were top priority. Excellent time management. Thank you so much.
