James Stewart did an exceptional work. He has lots of initiative, knows what the client wants, needs, and expects. He is always in search of doing the job better, faster, and safe. Unfortunately, a helper came with him with a lack of goals; seemed lost at time (he apparently showed up under the influence of something because I could smell his clothes), dropped several times my totes, and has zero sense of urgency. I ended up doing his job and this was not right. It was not fair for me or James.
