We didn't hit it off. There were communication problems which may have been my fault. They tried to help me but I felt they used too much of my packaging material and tape to do the job. I ended up asking them to redo things the way I wanted them done. As I said, I wasn't communicating well with them. I just didn't expect the methods they used to perform the services. They willingly did what I asked without an attitude. I think if I had given them a lot more instruction it would have been different. I expected them to know what I wanted. Some of the items were unusual requests according to the workers. In the end, I packed some of the leftover items.
