Ubox was packed poorly which will lead to damage of my items. Mover put 100lb adjustable bed base against the door of the ubox so it will fall out onto the person opening it each time. Unacceptable, any mover would have packed this first against an interior wall. Told him to move it and he shoved it behind my mattress without creating a space which damaged the back of the mattress and has it stored in a position where it is under pressure and bent. Boxes where not placed with care, a box of dishes was sitting on top of all the other things and not secured and will fall at any moment and be destroyed in transport. Storage facility manager told me they left plastic bags and packing material from my unit strewn around the facility. I had to go back and clean it all up. I brought this up and the mover said it was all my fault and demanded to be paid. I appreciate that the mover was available to help me move and tried very hard to get the booking however, the follow through was poor.

Eric is impressively communicative. A couple days after I had booked the company I sent an email to him to confirm the details. He called me within 5 minutes acknowledging the reservation and information for the move. He and his colleague were rather late to load the truck due to a late same day morning move, and other unforeseen circumstances with traffic in the area. He provided updates throughout the afternoon. Once they got to my apartment they were fast with the move and met us at my new place to unload. Both Eric and his colleague were quick with unloading the truck and asking where items belonged in the house. They were both professional and kind. Paid tip in cash.
