Awesome work by Charles and Jayden, loaded our whole house including some heavy gear, and played a great game of Tetris fitting everything securely into the moving truck. Results speak for themselves; made it to the destination and found that nothing had shifting place or broken in transit.

Charles and his team were incredibly courteous and professional, however my $1500 desk was severely damaged as they moved it down the stairs. A giant chip in the front is missing along with other chips and dings-- Charles was able to fix the paint transfer, which I appreciated... Other items packed in the trucked were also damaged because they were packed poorly. And to top it off, they took 3.5 hours which is far more time taken than ever before. I've moved 5 times in the. past 4 years, I'm very clear how long it should take. Overall I cannot recommend this company as my things were damaged and they charged extra time that was not warranted.
