We hired 2 movers for 2 hrs. from Heroic Movers. Shortly after booking the service, John called to confirm moving plans. On the day of the move, Jace called stating they were on their way to the site. Communications and planning with the company was outstanding! Movers Jace and Matthew arrived early. They were both very professional, courteous and very efficient in getting the job completed. The move experience was difficult due to an uncomfortable roommate issue but, Jace & Matthew handled the situation calmly and professionally. They packed items with care, and very proficient in packing the UHaul van. Thank You Jace and Matthew for excellent service! If we ever need to use a moving service again in Los Angeles, we will use Heroic Movers! Highly recommend Heroic Movers! Two thumbs up!
