My helper arrived on time and ready to move all my items! He complied with the strict rules for unloading at the Auction house and he was efficient.

I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They offload jobs by posting the task on Craigslist and hiring strangers who lack moving experience. My belongings were damaged, and the movers broke a window in my building. The owner of the company, Mr. Robert Caldwell, has, at this point, refused to compensate me for not receiving the services I paid for. If I wanted Craigslist movers who would not handle my belongings with care, I would have made my own Craigslist posting. The men who came were arguing with each other, yelling, and threatening to leave each other because they were unhappy with the amount of effort the other was putting in. I was scared by their demeanor and the fact that they were throwing my belongings. It is against the terms of service to offload jobs from MovingHelp to Craigslist. Unfortunately, this moving company is Cali's Worst Moving Service.

I’ve hired three moving companies and I would put them near the bottom. While I’m appreciative of their flexibility to start early, there were some items packaged differently and were damaged. More importantly, a piece of my bed had been lost and I couldn’t sleep in it after unpacking.

The movers were great helped every step of the way made sure all the furniture and boxes were put where they needed to be before leaving. I would recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

Both helpers were great, super helpful, friendly and great communication overall. They did an excellent service making sure that our items were secured in the truck.
