They call you right away to confirm your reservation and they show up on time, what more could you ask for? They were able to stay longer to finish the job, we paid for it though. I recommend over estimating how much time you need help to move. It always takes longer! Overall, this company was awesome!

Never again. The movers were nice but had total disregard for the items that they were moving. Arrived 3 hours 50 mins late, damaged items, I had to help them to get get things moving. After all of this, tried charging me an additional $40. Prior to telling me this, I was going to tip the crew $50, not for the quality of their work but because I normally tip service related employees. After refusing to pay, they got the owner on the phone who proceeded to curse and call me a bitch while threatening to call the police. I welcomed that call which never happened. Quite honestly, after all this, J & S is lucky they got paid at all. The only reason that they did is because they completed the job albeit horribly. Pay the extra few bucks and hire professionals. Stay clear of J & S.

Showed up almost an hour late, however did show up with some extra hands and were able to load everything quickly. The movers were polite but I had to call to confirm they were actually showing up and the person at the other end said they forgot to call me to let me know they were going to be late.
