The son of JJ was completely professional and kind and considerate of my items. Although they were 30 minutes late, he let me know ahead of time. Two guys showed up as well JJ Son once they entered into my Apartment the smaller African American man picked up two of my vapes and took the liberty to try to hit my vape without consideration of my property and things in my apartment, I told him that that was very unprofessional and what was he thinking so I took them away from him after that JJ son was still professional and telling me to leave a review but then the same smaller African-American man started to hit his own vape in my apartment I saw, and I asked him please. Could you be considerate and stop that I’ve asked you once to not do that and especially touching my own property and putting your lips on my vape is unsanitary and very unprofessional. It was an easy move. Only two dressers. I was going to leave a generous amount of tip, but after tha, it left a bad Impression

The movers that came caused extensive damage to our home. I tried calling Sherry twice and left a voicemail, I also called Josh and left a voicemail and haven’t heard anything back from either of them. The movers also tried to charge us for an extra 30 minutes when they were 30 minutes late and didn’t even take the entire 3 hours to move our stuff. Very displeased with this service and I would not recommend them.

The day of the move, everything went smoothly. William and Ralphie were very communicative and professional, always a smile on their face. For overall experience, I had to rate that low only because I only used 2 hours. There is a 3-hour minimum, but I was still charged for the whole 4 hours. Very disappointing. I would still recommend them, but I would suggest only booking 3 hours minimum, so you are not overcharged.

Worst movers experience I've ever been through and I've moved 16 times (being retired military). The movers showed up 50 minutes late and they were wearing sandals (all 3 of them) with baggy pants getting ready to fall off. They immediately left after the U-haul was empty (after one hour) even though I paid for 2 hours. They didn't offer to help with anything inside unpacking wise. Two of the three movers didn't speak English and my guess is the one that did was paying the other two pennies on the dollar and keeping most of the money himself. Horrible horrible horrible. Do not use this company.
