Would never use again. So many issues. I had communicated in advance that I wanted to make sure there would be enough time for a 2 bed 900 square foot home. I hired 4 for 2 hours, and asked if they would have extra time if needed. They said yes. Showed up a little later than expected. 1 of the movers was completely new, having to ask what to do constantly. The leader of team seemed he knew what he was doing. The other 3 stand and watch, wasting so much time. Told me everything would fit. After 2.5 hours, said everything would not fit and that they were leaving in 30 min. Showed me the truck, the back half of the truck was only filled halfway to the top, said we only had heavy stuff left. They left at the 3 hour mark, with so much that still needed to be loaded. I had to hire another crew for 3 hours to unpack half of the truck and repack, they fit it all. They did not damage anything, 1400 mile move.. Cost xtra $300 because of SD Mvrs mistakes, & being idle.

Superb service by Brandon and his team! They unloaded U-Box with ease even with the hot weather and the 4 flights of stairs. Would highly recommend and will be calling them again for future moving help.

My experience with San Diego Family Move was great! I had a great conversation when booking the appointment with friendly staff. It was evident they have a lot of move experience and good customer service. they were very professional and set expectations on what they could accomplish in the time booked. They assisted with moving everything with no complaints and did a good job of ensuring they took care when moving the furniture. It was a hot day and they did a great job. I would work with San Diego Family Move again!
