This was my 3rd move in the past 3 months and this group was by far the worst experience! First, upon the start they stated that the job will take 4 hrs instead of 2 (I had the same furniture moved in the past 3 months, even in the same morning, which took the same 2 hrs). This was a big red flag for me that these guys are greedy. Second, the two movers were so inexperienced and very slow! One of them was always playing with his phone and acting like he is here for an afternoon walk in a park! All aside, both of them were very careless about our furniture. I found many damages after they unloaded the stuff. To be exact, they dropped the dining table that caused a big dent on its edge, big scratches on the metal chair legs because they dropped and dragged them (I actually witnessed this!). Also, two of our lamp shades were crushed. Given that I purchased Safeload coverage, I believe this company is responsible for all these damages and needs to reimburse the caused damages.

The day of the move we were locked out of our new rental apartment. Robert and his team had to move us later that day. They had cancelled their personal evening plans to accommodate us. They were professional, friendly, and moved our stuff to the 3rd floor unit, no elevator; communication throughout the move was excellent. Thank you, Precise Movers for outstanding customer service.
