Agreed to meet at 1pm at the loading address and since they were running late I had to load everything to the truck, they arrived at 3pm at the unloading address. Once they were moving the furniture they asked me for an additional charge of 100 USD and I had to pay them cash to finish the move They also charged me another 10 USD for a utility dolly

We had a great experience moving with Tony and American moving services. He and Victor moved our 3 bedroom stuff without breaking, scratching or damaging anything. Handled our belongings with care. I had a stressful overseas delivery of 12 pallets with poor communication, a vague 10 to 5pm window, and even a request for a forklift. Thankfully, Tony was understanding, flexible when the delivery ran late, and used his expertise to safely direct the unloading, especially when pallets were dangerously stacked. He also took care to protect our home, covering the garage fridge and cabinets with moving blankets. Overall, he turned a chaotic situation into a smooth move. I would definitely hire again.
