Michael and Richard were 5 start helpers. They came well prepared with materials if we needed them and got right to work. My dad was supporting with the move and packing on the UPack and had a very specific vision for how things should be done. They were kind and patient with my dad helping support him in making sure the pack went as smoothly as it could. The elevators at my apartment could be kind of slow, so Michael and Richard made use of the time by bringing everything over to the elevator in quick runs so that they could stock up as much as possible. I underestimated how long it would take to get everything out, and all it took was a call to Daniel and he was able to adjust the time so that we could finish the move. I would highly recommend them and if I wasn't moving out of state, would easily use them for the unloading process.
