They were 15 min late which isn’t a big deal, parking can be hard in my complex. But they acted like they were giving me the 15 min free when they took twice as long as expected. They also broke a wagon and there was no offer to pay or lessen the charge due to that. It’s a $200 wagon. They got everything to fit but the guys that then offloaded my stuff had such a hard time figuring it out and found things broken. And, they did it all within the two hours.
