Hello, this Is Move-Pro we are an experienced company partnered with uhaul. Our team consists of efficient workers who will ensure that the move will go as smooth as possible. We take safety very seriously in our company so everyone one is safe as well as the items.
This was a completely unprofessional and careless company, and I would caution anyone thinking of using them. - They showed up 1 hour late and one of the movers smelled strongly of marijuana. - They showed up with a U-Haul moving truck and said they needed to pack the truck, transport the items to U-Haul, and then would repack the items in the U-Boxes. This was a completely inefficient way of doing things and resulted in at least 2 extra U-Boxes. - They left the U-Haul truck lights on during the move, and when we pointed out that they should turn the lights off, they disregarded our comments saying it was okay to keep the lights on. Of course, the battery truck died, so we had to wait with them for 3 extra hours while AAA came. - Upon receiving our U-Boxes, every single piece of furniture was damaged and uncovered and nothing was strapped down like it should have been in any standard move. Boxes that said DO NOT STACK were stacked. Boxes marked fragile were upside down.

Mike and Daniel communicated with me throughout the day on ETA so I can plan accordingly. Once arrived, they were fast, efficient, and handled boxes with care.
