These guys were exceptional and worked quickly but carefully. I was honestly surprised at how fast they worked because usually the helpers try to pad their hours but these guys get down to business and get the work done. They went above and beyond as well. Would definitely hire them again.

The P&J company were great at moving our stuff. They successfully moved and loaded stuff from the ground plus one apartment unit and were efficient while doing so. Would recommend using them again.

I had to follow up with the mover 3 times to find out when they were coming. The movers showed up late after requesting that they come over 2h early. They didn't communicate with me prior that I needed to reserve a spot on the street directly outside of the apartment. I had everything boxed and packed but my headboard was still on my bed (didn't think this would be an issue). I was told that I needed to remove the headboard myself and if I didn't remove it by the time they loaded everything else in the pod, they would have to leave without the bed since they had other customers. No help was offered when I was removing the headboard. I asked 4 times if everything was going to fit since it didn't look like it would and I was told each time that it would definitely fit. I pointed out items to leave out of the bin if things weren't going to fit and this was ignored. When I asked them to remove the items I previously requested so everything could fit, they said I'd have to hire someone else
