Awful. I had two hours to unload a 15' truck. These movers were extremely slow, and one was on his phone consistently. I had a window of time to get this done and ended up having to sprint back and forth between the truck and my storage unit, was drenched in sweat and the guy on his phone just watched me and didn't even ask what he could do to help. Acted like I was the mover for him, and even stood there watching his friend do most of the work. Hands down one of the worst moving experiences of my life. This guy should be fired immediately and I should receive a refund. Additionally, I called to give my feedback and the receptionist was unconcerned and was no help. Considering the quality of service though, I am not particularly surprised.
