Moving Help was amazing and incredibly helpful. U-Haul themselves literally couldn't have provided worse service. They messed up our order LITERALLY about 10 different times, tried to overcharge us MORE than once and argued with us when we brought it up, our U-boxes were delivered over 2 weeks past their due date... and almost got pushed back even more. Moving Help stepped in and made it happen when U-Haul couldn't. U-Haul even gave our driver a broken trailer to where he couldn't even unhitch the trailer in our driveway, so he had to sit there with his truck and wait until we finished unloading before going to get the 2nd U-Box. So, Junior (our driver) got out and helped move everything inside to help get done faster - when he DIDN'T HAVE TO. He went wayyyy above and beyond what he needed to do & honestly saved this whole experience for us. 0 stars for U-Haul, 10 stars for Junior & Moving Help
