Service was perfect. Even though they were told for 2 days the shipment was in town when it was not. They made 2 trips to the Uhaul facility. The first one - the box was not there. Second trip Uhaul was closed even though they arrived before closing. Finally on their 3rd trip to town they were able to pick up and deliver. I hope you will compensate them. They were great.

5 hours late for job. When the truck was opened after a four day trip across country, found that no care has been taken in packing and all of the wood furniture pieces are damaged. Filing a claim on safeload coverage. Do not recommend.
