5 hours late for job. When the truck was opened after a four day trip across country, found that no care has been taken in packing and all of the wood furniture pieces are damaged. Filing a claim on safeload coverage. Do not recommend.

Junior was a huge help. Unfortunately he had to wait for over an hour at the Cathedral City, Ca. U Haul center to pick up the U Box. I’ve heard nothing but bad experiences with that particular U Haul. I highly recommend replacing the management. NOW!!
