The crew showed up two hours later than originally assigned. They didn’t know how to stack boxes and fill the truck. They stopped working 30 minutes early because they said the truck was full. And when I went to look at it, the truck was only half full. The load was not secured with the ratchet straps I provided, and the furniture was not covered with the furniture pads I provided. When I actually climbed into the truck, there were large pvoids of empty space hidden behind some of the boxes. The owner would only correct this poor service provided by his company if I paid for additional loaders to come out and fix it. Not a professional company at all.
