We called to see what time they were coming and he says 12. I said we needed them there first thing in the morning so he said I find out if we can come sooner & call back. He called back and told me 10 am. He says now are you not so pissed off? and I said 10 am is better. Later he texted me and said he was gonna make it 9 am, but he did not show up at 9, so I texted him when are you coming? and he said 10 am. (Meanwhile my husband who is 76, his brother who is 74 and our nephew moved the washer and dryer.) They arrived at abt 950 am. He smelled of alcohol. His attitude was all around horrible. He was not friendly and he didn’t wanna really help us move certain items like we had a gun cabinet and he said well I’ll have to charge you extra $150 for that. My husband said it’s not a gun safe its a gun cabinet. Then we had this large computerized mat cutter that at first he refused to help move until my husband told me to go get his brother to help. The younger guy was good.

Very professional and worked with me very well.. Ended up with 3 unloaders for 2 hours instead of 2 unloaders for 3 hours.... And they still finished under the allotted time! Will use them again!

Dave and Greg were really outstanding! We had a split load with half the truck going to a storage facility and the other half of the truck going to Goodwill. These 2 pros packed up the truck quickly and really efficiently. Then they followed me in my U-haul truck to first drop-off at Goodwill then to my storage facility to unload the rest. It was obvious from the get go that they’ve definitely moved and packed furniture and moving trucks many, many times before. And whenever I tried to help out, Dave told me to just relax, that they’ll handle everything. Thanks again Dave and Greg for saving the day and especially saving my back!
