The movers were fantastic and super friendly! We had some timing issues with our UHaul but they were able to still show up and squeeze us in and got all of our heavy stuff packed nicely - nothing moved during transit and it was an easy unload.

I originally found them on movinghelp.com but it doesn’t show a contact point so I reached out via Facebook to confirm they could do a last minute change for my move. They responded instantly and said they could get me in that afternoon. They was delayed at the morning customers but stayed in contact with me ahead of time so I personally found no issue with it because they were still able to finish up. These two are fast and friendly with excellent customer service. As someone who works in the moving industry myself I would 10,000 percent recommend them. I tipped them, but with winter conditions I will be traveling and didn’t want to under budget myself I l explained I wasn’t able to give as much as they should get but that I will be sending them more as it’s fully deserved. Oh and they are willing to go to surrounding areas, not limited to Cheyenne.

DW moving was a disaster. I was supposed to be out of my house by Friday December 22 by 8am and they were scheduled to arrive and perform loading and unloading at 9am Thursday December 21. Daniel did not arrive at the scheduled time and 2 substitute movers arrived after noon. Nate and the other mover kept disappearing and my neighbor said that he saw them smoking pot in their car in front of his house at least half the time that they were there. Also, Nate let my puppies out and I had to chase them down for over an hour. Nate had a very unhealthy interest in my PC and I still haven’t been able to locate it after he set it in my front flower bed. When they were going to quit before even finishing a full load the representative from moving help advised me to not pay them and get someone else to pick up and finish the job. I received threats from William that he would call the police if I didn’t pay them for 4 hours when they had done less than 2 hours labor. Thieves and Con men
