Scheduled my move at 12 on 4.19. They let me know they’d be running 1 to1.5 hours behind and were going to compensate me for the issue. They actually arrived 3.5 hours late with no communication in between which wasted many hours of my day. They did not prioritize the loading the way I had requested and as such said we’d need to do a second trip (I had asked to do all large furniture so if more trips were needed I could do them in my car, not the truck). They got all boxes and left big furniture. When I arrived at the unload destination they did not show. They had car troubles which I understand but the communication was really bad. 4 hours later (8;30 pm and pitch black) they finally arrived. It ruined my plans obviously but understand they had some troubles. Scheduled the remaining trip for the next morning at 8;30 am. They again did not arrive so I had friends help load the truck and they arrived at 11 to do the one heavy item. Got charged full price for them and extra from U-Haul.

Weston and Darian were fantastic! We really appreciated that they were hardworking, stayed busy the whole time, asked questions, made suggestions, and had a positive attitude. I would use Weston and Darian again and would highly recommend them. Additionally, the communication with AJ was great to set the job up and to inform us what to expect from his company, Simplified Moves LLC. It was a great experience for my wife and I.

AJ and Weston were able to come help us with our move same day, which we are very grateful for. Excellent communication and arrived and hit the ground running. Very fast, got our 15’ U-Haul emptied in an hour.
