The guys showed up and were initially good. 30 minutes left of their time they started to slack off and I had to purchase another hour in which the first 20 mins one of the movers blew up (poop explosion) my bathroom and then bragged about it. Totally unprofessional. The other mover waited around and took maybe 2 loads. One of which was my kitchen table bottom that he banged at least 4 times and then placed it in a pile of snow. They also took 5 minutes to complain about a previous move in front of us. They became very unprofessional and lazy. Several pieces of my furniture were just ruined. I wasn't originally going to complain. The company offered to refund me the last hour and I had to give written notice that I would not leave a review. He offered me a third of the money back and a referral fee for friends. After taking time to think about it I decided that they probably have done this to others too and it wasn't worth keeping silent. I couldn't with a good conscience let it go

The crew was late, it is Denver you should plan for that. Once they got there I was told to sit back and don't get hurt. I felt this was rude and condescending. I may be older but I am not a wilting flower. I had been very clear that I needed to stick to my two hour time slot because I needed to meet a crew in Colorado Springs to unload the truck and return the truck by 5 pm. I went back inside and when I came back out, they were standing around. I told them to get back to work! I called dispatch and told the girl I did not hire them to stand around. Soon their boss showed up and chastised me, I told him the same thing. I intended to help and don't talk sh.t to me! He was not much helpt but he did pitch in and I did my share of the work. We finally got done four hours after the fact. The truck was not loaded correctly and I had to hire a van to go get the rest of my stuff later costing me another two hundred dollars. Beware!

Best thing we ever did ! Charlie & crew packed our home and belongings so perfectly and professionally in our u haul for our move - we would have never been able to fit our stuff in without their expertise. Would highly recommend to anyone - best loading service and moving experience we've ever had and truly just wonderful people . Support their business - you won't regret it .
