I was frustrated when yall showed up late and then sent 3 guys instead of 2. Yall told me it was to help meet my time frame which was 3 hours. 2 hours into the job one of your guys came up to me and asked me to pay for the extra hour with 3 guys. The job was already underway so I agreed( not pleasant paying extra for a 3 guy rate that you never asked me about). I think communication on your end should have been better and If your going to try to charge people extra money for typically a different service (2 man vs 3) then you need to do.that before hand. Your guys looked at my stuff and said it would be done in my time frame. Things change and I can understand that but you should have given me the full 3 hours with 3 guys since you sent an extra guy without my consent. Your workers are great and thought they were awesome people. But I don't think I'll recommend or use your service again considering I ended up paying an extra 100 bucks plus 60 dollars in cash tips.

The guys did do a great job seeing as I arrived a little late and they still got it done in the timeframe. I know they were rushing to finish for me. That being said there is a little damage to both my couches, nothing major but unrepairable all the same and the couches were brand new. I would still recommend them though.
